The Outdoor Kitchen
Most
people agree that food always tastes better on a camping trip. Depending
on what you cook, and how you like to prepare it, your specific requirements
for equipment may vary from the person at the site next to you. (Hopefully
that site is a long way away!)
For camping here in Southern Ontario, most campers have a few minimum pieces of gear that they just can't live without.

Water Bottles
Once you have a way to make your water drinkable, you need something to carry it around in, since carrying it around in your mouth gets a bit impractical. There is the traditional water bottle, with various ways to carry it both in and attached to your pack.
One of the newest tends being used is hydration systems, comprised of a large water bladder, and a delivery hose that is kept accessible near the mouth. These units work remarkably well, since when the water is that easy to get at, you drink more, and remember: hydrate or die.
