Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) Feedback Process:

Customers who wish to provide feedback on the way Adventure Guide provides goods and services to people with disabilities can
– send an email to info@advguide.com
– speak with the shift leader on duty (who will then record the information and send it to info@advguide.com)
– write a letter to AODA Co-ordinator, Adventure Guide Inc., 225 The Boardwalk, Kitchener, ON N2N 0B1
– request contact in a communication format that works for them, and be contacted that way by the AODA Co-ordinator
